B16 Clinic is a premium skin and hair care centre based in Tamil Nadu, offering advanced treatments led by experienced dermatologists. Known for its clinical excellence and modern infrastructure, the clinic had built a strong offline reputation. However, their old website didn’t reflect that standard. It lacked clarity, had poor navigation, and struggled to convert visitors into patients. Despite being top-tier in the medical space, their digital presence failed to inspire confidence, and that’s where Two Stones came in.

Phase 1
Building the Digital Backbone
From the outset, it was clear that the problem wasn’t just design—it was trust. The existing website had no logical user journey. Visitors didn’t know where to go, what to click, or how to take action. Information was scattered, CTAs were weak, and performance was sluggish. Bounce rates were high, and conversions were nearly nonexistent. The new layout follows the natural thinking of a potential patient, starting with clear problem-solution narratives, backed by proof, and ending in simple, accessible action steps. The tone of the content was carefully crafted to feel confident and professional without sounding clinical or cold. We avoided generic claims and instead used real value propositions: doctor credibility, treatment transparency, and patient-first care. Visually, the site embraced calm colors and a clean interface, echoing the environment of a well-run medical facility. From mobile responsiveness to optimized service pages, every element was built with purpose—to reduce friction, build trust, and increase conversions.

Fixing the Flow and Function
The second phase of our work focused on correcting what the old website lacked—flow and functionality. We built a user experience that moved smoothly from curiosity to clarity to conversion. Mobile responsiveness was prioritised, considering that most of B16’s visitors came from handheld devices.
