SEO Analyst 

What We’re Looking For :

We are looking for a data-driven SEO Analyst who can plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies that drive measurable results. You will work closely with our content, web, and paid teams to increase organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads for our clients.
This role requires someone who understands both technical SEO and content strategy, and can deliver performance consistently.

Your Responsibility :

1. SEO Strategy & Planning

Develop on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for clients across industries.

Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to uncover opportunities.

Plan SEO roadmaps aligned with client business goals.

2. On-Page Optimization

Develop on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for clients across industries.

Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to uncover opportunities.

Plan SEO roadmaps aligned with client business goals.

3. Technical SEO

Conduct regular website audits (crawlability, indexation, speed, mobile-friendliness, core web vitals).

Identify and fix technical issues using tools like Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc

Work with developers to ensure SEO compliance in website builds.

4. Off-Page SEO

Manage link-building activities ethically (guest posts, PR, outreach).

Identify backlink gaps and opportunities.

Monitor backlink quality and remove toxic links

5. Tracking, Analysis & Reporting

Manage link-building activities ethically (guest posts, PR, outreach).

6. Collaboration

Work closely with the content team, UX & UI, designers, developers, and paid marketing teams.

Participate in brainstorming to align SEO with full-funnel marketing efforts.

Skills & Requirements :

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Surfer, etc.

Good understanding of content strategy and keyword mapping.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and WordPress optimization.

Ability to create SEO strategies independently

Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.

Good to Have

Experience with GA4 tracking & event setup.

Knowledge of schema markup.

Experience working in an agency environment.

Basic knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Soft Skills

Attention to detail.

Strong communication & presentation ability

Ownership mindset and accountability.

Ability to work under deadlines across multiple projects.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related fields.

1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
