Spectra Academy empowers students to crack medical and engineering entrance exams through high-quality coaching and personalized mentoring. With 7+ centers across South India, they’ve built a strong academic track record. Their mission is to provide accessible, result-driven education to every student. As competition grew, so did their need to scale visibility and admissions through strategic digital presence. That’s when Two Stones stepped in, bringing performance-driven campaigns and cohesive branding to fuel their next phase of growth.

Phase 1
Creating
The Brand
We positioned Spectra as a high-trust, results-oriented institution with a strong academic identity. From visuals to tone, everything reflected credibility, student success, and educational excellence. Whether digital or print, the brand was built to inspire both parents and students to take the next step with confidence.. Every creative output reinforced the message that Spectra isn’t just a coaching center, It’s a gateway to top-tier academic success.

The Goal
Our goal was to increase enrollments and expand Spectra’s presence in an increasingly crowded coaching market. We wanted to build digital trust with both parents and students while highlighting results, infrastructure, and faculty expertise. The focus was to drive high-quality leads through paid search, local visibility, and content credibility. We also had to support offline campaigns like hoardings and print with consistent messaging. Every move was geared towards performance, scale, and educational influence
Our Strategy
We launched high-intent Google Ads campaigns segmented by location and course type to attract quality leads. Each ad directed users to a focused landing page—fast-loading, informative, and built for conversions. Alongside performance ads, we strengthened visibility through consistent branding across web and offline touchpoints. Offline, we reinforced Spectra’s presence with bold hoarding and newspaper creatives tailored to local audiences. Together, it created a powerful omnichannel funnel that guided prospects from discovery to enrollment.

Phase 2
Performance Driven Campaigns
We focused heavily on Google Ads to generate quality leads and scale admissions efficiently. Our approach included high-intent keyword targeting, geo-based segmentation, and conversion-optimized landing pages. Every element from ad copy to CTA, was crafted to lower cost-per-lead while increasing enrollment rates. Continuous A/B testing and analytics tracking helped us fine-tune performance week over week.

Crafting The Ultimate Website
We designed a streamlined and conversion-focused landing page system tailored for Google Ads traffic. The layout was built to reduce user drop-offs, ensuring it loaded quickly, prioritized mobile users, and supported quick decision-making. Key content like course highlights, testimonials, and admission CTAs were placed strategically for maximum impact. We also aligned the page tone and visuals with Spectra’s academic authority, turning casual visits into confident enrollment decisions

We ensured the landing pages loaded instantly, even on slower networks, reducing bounce rates significantly. Elements were coded for clarity and speed—no clutter, just conversion-focused design.
